Since very recently getting back into collecting and selling Pokémon cards, it’s been a challenge finding a shop that isn’t solely focused on money.. I understand it’s a business, but it’s a business based around people’s passion for cards. It was really refreshing to meet a buyer that wasn’t just trying to hustle me. He offered me a truly fair payout and was very transparent about where his pricing comes from. Not only is the staff great, but the prices on sealed product are phenomenal. Only store I have been to that seems to compete with current market trends. I have had some bad experiences with a couple shops.. with one shops employee actually getting mad that i refused to accept 30% value STORE CREDIT on a stack of chase cards that would sell at 100% right away online..he proceeded to tell me I wouldn’t get any more from anywhere else, and let’s just say I got 3x the amount he offered in CASH at 716. anyway, I won’t have to go there again because it’s strictly 716...

I bought a jersey a Coleman on the buffalo bills football team didn't take it out of the package, when I did I noticed that the jersey wasn't real just a number and autographed. I wanted to return the item they say call the boss cause he couldn't do anything for me and now they are saying that there is no returns only store credit, it doesn't say it on the receipt and I dont believe that it was posted at the store. I could be wrong about no refund just store credit but I dont think so. It cost me $130 including tax. Alot of money for a non football jersey. If I dont get a refund I will dispute the amount from my credit card, I have already contacted them. So ill call then back and talk to the owner of the place and see what happens about the refund that i believe I'm entitled to. We will see... Pretty pissed of consumer. If I can give them a -5...

Personally I’ve been in a lot of card shops all over before but this one was different, the owner was present and was very helpful. I believe his name was Rob, he has something that most people don’t have, that’s passion! Rob was so warm and welcoming to me that I knew I’d would be returning to his shop even though it’s a 45 minute drive for me. Rob answered all my questions I had and even helped me acquire a card I’ve been on the hunt for years. Rob’s customer service was so outstanding it was as I’ve been a customer for years now and I’ve just walked in the shop for the first time. All I have to say is you have to check this shop out... thank you again Rob for helping...
