I came back to update my review of this store. I would give them zero stars but that is not an option. Initially we had an excellent experience, up until the point where my parents turned in their old phones to activate the new ones. My parents went to the store where they set up their new phones and handed over the old ones. A few weeks later I get a notification from AT&T that the old phones were not returned and we would be billed in April if they were not turned in. My father calls the store and gets a complete run around, that they don’t recall them, that they would look into it, that they don’t return phones that he would of had to ship it back himself. Finally they tell him that they found his phone (older model iPhone) but could not locate my mother’s phone (newer model iPhone). They tell him to bring in the return labels and they would get them returned. I went to the store with my dad to try to figure out what was going on because none of it made sense. Again I get the run around that they can’t provide me with any information but assured me that they were looking into it and filed an incident report on our behalf. After calling the police and the manager still not providing any helpful information (incident number), he assured us that if the charge showed up on the bill for the phone not being returned to return and “AT&T guarantee” they would take care of it and remove it from the bill or he would pay it out of his own pocket (rather odd). So I leave with my fathers phone and returned it myself. Well a few days go by and hear nothing about my moms phone. Aprils bill shows up and surprise surprise we were charged for the remainder of the balance for the phone. My mom goes to the store and is told that they thought the issue was resolved they would look into in and have it removed. I kept checking the bill and it was still the same, we wind up paying the bill. So my mom goes to the store again and gets the same story that they thought it was resolved and they say the would have it resolved in 24hrs this time. Well today I got my bill and wouldn’t you know we have not received a credit still for the phone that the store “misplaced”. I am not sure what exactly is going on at that location but I can tell you that I would not recommend anyone use this location.
Just wanted to update that I got ahold of AT&T customer service who was going to file a claim on my behalf to get the money refunded. Customer service requested that we go back to the store and have them put a note on the account that the phone was returned to the store on Feb 21st. After that I would just need to call back and they could file my claim. Well my mom went back to the store, rightfully annoyed about the entire situation. The manager Ja’vion, instead of writing the note needed apparently wrote a note about my mom being an aggressive customer. Multiple trips to a store, being lied too and hours on the phone with customer service would probably annoy anyone. However customer service was super understanding after explaining the entire situation and refunded the money. I really recommend that you save yourself the nightmare and do not go...

There is a bald guy who is the manager and he is the worst liar i have met in my entire life. He doesn’t have the qualifications to be a manager. They charged me more and gave me the wrong service. I went the next time and they just started lying to me. That manager needs to be fired along with the staff who are liars too 🤣🤣. Luckily, i called the bank and got my money bank. They even told me all the money goes to AT&T corporate and the store does not get any money when i asked for a refund. Then I was told to add a 6th line (not even use it) & my bill would be cheaper. Not the case, monthly bill went up $145 the next month & was up $120 the month after. Was being charged for Insurance on the 6th phone line that wasn’t being used. The 6th line didn’t even have a physical cell phone attached to it. Have been calling the store since 06/20/23 to have it resolved. Still not credited. AT&T Stores & AT&T the company are on 2 different levels… one would think they’re separate.
