Money hungry employees just looking for commission.
They do not carry most products in the store. I attempted to buy an Apple Watch Ultra 2 Saturday from Mark.
Mark informed me they didn’t have the watch in stock. I should have left then, and there.
I asked if any other stores locally had the watch, he informed me they can’t check the inventory of other stores. They can’t call other stores apparently either.
Customers can’t even call stores. This is an unacceptable practice.
However, I continued the transaction, and had Mark ship it to my house. Mark didn’t give me any information on how I would receive the watch.
Today I find out I have to be home to receive the package as per spectrums delivery terms.
I work. I’m not some bum sitting around my house all day.
So I will probably not get my hands on the watch in the “two days” Mark told me I would receive it.
I have no idea when I will get it honestly. I called customer service, and I have to wait for the watch to be an attempted deliver so I can call Spectrum, and have them send the watch somewhere I can pick it up.
Could be in town, could be a half hour away. No one has a clue what is happening.
So I’m out a watch. At least for a few days, a week, who knows. I don’t. Neither does Spectrum.
Do not, DO NOT use these people.
Get internet from Starlink, or Verizon. Same with cell service.
They do NOT care about you as a customer. You are dollars in their paycheck.
Thanks for nothing Mark. Hope you enjoy the commission. If I find a way to cancel my order, I probably will. Someone else deserves the commission, someone who will let me know what...

I finally decided to return our box in bedroom that hasn’t worked on months and the one in Living we’ve had to constantly reboot and put new batteries in remote monthly. Such a Garbage cable service and garbage Company in Charter one. But Company is worth Billions and stock is over $400 a share because they have a cheap product and no service l, but all while lining their pockets. I was in the this Saratoga store for over an hour and kept telling them what was going on. Man gives me a new box and tells me there was an upgrade, never informed about that. He tells me I have no account or phone number, all while I have my bill On my hand. He says he fixed all info and calls MGR over to help him. Neither Moran could do it right obviously because I get home and box isn’t working after trying to get a human on phone for over an hour!!!!!! My wife was in Hospital for 14 days and just cable to work. This was a 5 hour process by the time it worked. Man on phone from 1-800 number told us that they never set box up correctly at store and our account t didn’t exist!!! Within 5 minutes he fixed it all!!! I pleaded with him for a Corporate number I could contact to send a complaint and he couldn’t find either, make no mistake this was good and helpful but couldn’t discount our bill and find a complaint number. No Joke, you can’t make this stuff up! Even trying to go one chat line was useless. I will be definitely be filing a complaint with BBB. Paying for a product that doesn’t work!!...

There's an older gentleman that is just absolutely down right rude every time I have interacted with him, which since it is Spectrum service and equipment, is quite often. Calling their customer service number is no better. My mom died in December, called on the 13th to cancel her account, was told I had to wait for a "special" customer service line to call me back. A week later, no call back yet so I call again the next day and get told the same thing and there is nothing that can be done except put another ticket in. Still no call back so I call back Friday, got a representative named Sandy who told me, don't worry we don't charge YOU, we charge the deceased. When I asked if they could tell me how much was owed on the account and was told I'm not authorized on the account, she then told me to have a good day and hung on me. Called back and was told I could just go into a store with the death certificate and cancel the account, so I did. Brought the equipment back today and wanted a receipt and this fine specimen of a decent human being snapped at me that he couldn't print one because of closing the account last night, stated I wasn't given one last night and he actually yelled at me what did I want him to do, write a hand one? Yea, I want you to do a little bit of work, God forbid. Absolutely disgusting...
