I have been coming here for a few years now. I find their prices are reasonable and I really like the fact that they wash out your hair after each cut. Other places charge extra but this is included with their MVP haircut which is often the same price as most other places for a regular haircut. They keep track of your preferences for your haircut so if you get someone different they have notes. They also allow you to check in ahead online which gives you an idea of what your wait could be. I prefer something other than Sports commentary on the TV but I guess that's expected with their name. Staff is always pretty friendly and I get my haircut from whoever's on for that day and things normally come out great. I will continue coming here for its convenience and the service...

When I arrived I was deleted off the list and had to join the almost hour waitlist again. This is a terrible business model and no wonder these franchises often fail. If you are going to invest in all this tech, you should at least call, email or text and make sure the person is still coming before you remove them and maybe let them refresh or say they are on the way. When I explained that I thought it did, she very rudely replied" well there's nothing in the que so you didn't" I then was standing as far back as possible from everyone (we were the only customers in the shop)and uncovered my nose from the mask, she then told me that she was going to invite me to wait outside as she wasn't about to lose her license and her job if I didn't cover my nose. I have asthma and explained that to her. The other employee came over and asked her if there was a problem, to which she replied "nope, I love my job" and she strolled off to her station.
