Truly the best burgers, fries & shakes around. 😋 Never disappointed in a 5 Guys 🍔 when u want a real burger that doesn't taste like fast food, they really hit the spot. All the melty cheese & the perfect saltiness on the fries. Both the Cajun & reg fries are addictive. Good thing they always give u cup in the bag & then dump alotta xtra fries in there so there's always plenty 2 munch on. May not b the cheapest burger in town, but so well worth it when u hav that craving. They fulfill it properly. And saving the best 4 last, the shakes. Omg the shakes. I get either the PB or the banana & yes they will mix the 2 for u if u want. Soooooo good👍 This time I picked the PB, of course with whipped cream. It's worth the trip, just 4 a great shake. I have yet 2 meet a 5 Guys staff that wasn't courteous & efficient. The Saratoga location was great. Quick service with a smile. I can't recommend them enough. Used to be great. Now not anymore. Always cooking things other than burgers on the grill now. Every time we have gone in the last 10 time we were able to eat 1xs. I am at a loss for words with allergies be careful. Not worth the parking and going in anymore. Sadly was our one of our favorite places for a quick bite same price as burger king for real. But if you're allergy free they redid the place to have booths. So I'm not impressed it's been great when others ran and managed it. Then now I won't bother and I was a mess the last time we did eat here. The floors all grime grease food... obviously not what it was before I couldn't say anything but greatness. Online ordering was a waste of time. Ordered my burger (only the burger, no fries, no shake) and was told it would be ready when I arrived. Nope. They didn’t prepare it until I got to the restaurant. Told me that I had a duty to inform them when I was arriving so they could prepare the burger. Email confirmation said it would be ready when I arrived and that they would only prepare fried and shake upon arrival. I did not order fries and shake, only the burger. So what happened? I had to wait 15 minutes AFTER my estimated order time while they prepared the food for the customers in line. People who ordered after I arrived for their meals before I got the single cheeseburger I ordered. I cannot get back the time I spent waiting on my food order. I will not be using their online ordering...
