I rarely have a need for printing, but needed some documents printed at Staples. I submitted the order early in the afternoon. The website states the time it wouldn't be ready until 7pm. I needed it before then so had a plan in place for what to do if my order wasn't ready. I put the order in at 12:33pm. It was ready for pickup at 12:40 Talk about fast service! I visited the store to pick up my items. I was greeted by Amy. She was working diligently to serve the customers. She hadn't had lunch, but she put the needs of her consumers first. As an aside, I inadvertently made an error when I submitted the forms I needed printed. I forget to attach the back of the image. Right then and there, I emailed the form to Amy and she made it right. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care she took to give exceptional service. And the prints came out exactly the way I expected them. Thank you, Staples and Amy. I recommend the location if you ever need...

We were looking for a printer, and were coming off two bad experiences at other places, requiring us to return the purchased printer each time. (One place was that "other big electronics store" where, even though we have a membership, they wanted to charge us extra money for tech support. And their tech support wasn't that good)! At Staples, a store employee came up to us right away and asked if we needed help, without us having to go all over the store trying to look for someone. She was very knowledgeable and was able to direct us to the right product, as well as answer all our questions. When we got the printer home and needed support, we called the protection plan number and were actually able to get a REAL person, with no runaround! And the tech support person was excellent! Read moreFirst time using staples service to sent out a envelope, Not really knowing what I was doing the lady was very short and cold, telling her I never used their new service, sending me over to the printer not knowing what to do next, went back to the desk looking for guidance, she threw down a card, said send it to our email, nothing came back! I did not want to go back to her, because of her attitude, so I went outside to figure it out myself, came back in, tried to get guidance from another lady, but she was busy! I just don’t understand she works in customer service, not everyone understands how it works at staples! Why be so cold, and short, your job is to help those that are having a hard time understanding your system! I think if I ever have to send out another package, I sure as heck won’t...
