On 3-29-2024 I lost my phone and again went to the T-MOBILE store in the Wilton Mall NY. Mackenzie, Adam and Alex were all extremely helpful in getting me a new phone, setting it up and transferring all the files. Obviously I'm clueless with this stuff and they took care of it for me. 5 +++ STAR RATING. I wish there were stools to sit on because my legs began to tire (broken leg) as they spent time with me. I also don't understand why the employees don't have stools to occasionally sit on during their shifts (probably 8 hours or longer). They could easily sit on a tall stool and work just as well. I'm sure they would stand sometimes. I bet T-MOBILE corporate bosses sit during the day. I may change my phone carrier if I don't see this resolved soon. Have you ever tried standing in the same spot for long periods of time. BRUTAL. Dinosaurs are extinct. 9-21-23: About a month ago, I had major phone issues. This is an old post from same store that showed up. I had 2 problems with my galaxy a13 5g phone that I had tried to fix for about a hour and a half. I couldn't fix them so I went to the t-mobile store in the Wilton mall - Saratoga, NY. I told my phone problems to an employee named TYLER. Read moreThis review is based on two separate visits about a week apart. My first visit was to upgrade from a Samsung S9+ to a S24+ and the first visit did not go great because I had to wait to over 20 minutes for them to tell me that they had no S24+ phones in stock. Apparently they have two safes in the backroom. One is a quick safe where you can open it instantly to grab a phone in stock, but because there were no S24+ phones in the quick access safe, they had to check the 10 minute delay safe which for some reason re-set to 10 minutes after the first 10 minutes was up? Eventually about 15 minutes later they were able to get that safe open only to determine there were no S24+ phones in that safe either. One would think they would know what stock they have in each safe, so I went home empty handed, but fortunately Cyber Monday was just a few days away and I was able to get a great deal from Amazon on an unlocked phone which I received a two days later. So on my return visit, I was just needing to transfer my data over from my old phone to my newly acquired phone. Read moreWent to T-Mobile store at the Wilton mall today with my wife, to inquire about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. Walked in and a customer approached us and told us that they’d been waiting for 45 mins with no attention from the T-Mobile representatives.
One of the T-Mobile representatives, a woman with the bottom portion of her hair shaved, seemed like she was a bit confused about her responsibilities and was arguing with another staff member. The other staff member she was arguing with seemed to have been doing her job, along with his and was helping two other customers. There was what seemed like a new employee who just stood there and watched everything.
No one ever greeted us and told us to wait for a bit. My wife and I waited there for about 20 minutes and then decided to leave. We’ll check out the T-Mobile in Queensbury. The staff at the T-Moble Wilton mall may of not given us the best attention we needed as we are trying to switch to T-Mobile customers.
