Well it was 8:00 I had 3 items that I wanted to try on before I buy to make sure it's the right size because I don't live close by but was told the fitting room was closed because it's was an hour before they close.    Read moreVery bad customer service. We purchased a sweater 7 days back and it bleed the color after 1 handwash. We took it back to store to show them the problem but store manager Michael told us they can not exchange/return the item even though it was a quality problem. I have written mail to their corporate contact person but no reply yet. I was not expecting this level of bad customer service from Armani brand. Most of other brands take back defective items and sort out these kind of issues at store level but these guys are forwarding the complaints to corporate level leaving the customers frustrated.
