This is the worst shopping experience ever in my life. Firstly, when I arrived at the store. There is no one waiting in line. So I thought I might be able to just get in the store. I opened the door, the guard of the store just give a hand gesture with his hand in front of my face. And he said:”oh, you don’t understand what it means?!” So I immediately stepped back and waited. And I wanted to ask how long the wait will be. Then I opened the door again, at this time, the doorman seems extremely inpatient and talked to me like:” do I need to tell you twice?!” I was shocked and very depressed about his words. All I wanted is to ask a question. But I was treated rudely.
I waited a little bit. And get in to store. When I was shopping, the manager came out. And she talked to the doorman first. And then I requested to speak with her. After I told her what happened. All I get was she telling me please be patient at shopping.
BV is a luxury high end brand that I always enjoy shopping with. But unluckily, what I get for this Mother’s Day is only a unexpected experience with no one cares about the clients’ feeling. And I highly doubt if the stuffs are well-trained.
Disappointed shopping experience that I hope no one will go...
Read moreDon’t you just love it when sales people mistook themselves as the luxurious brand itself and try to make you feel less and/or bad??? Today was that day. I used to drive to Woodbury common more often when I had guests often to visit New York but I haven’t been since pandemic. Last week I finally visited and found out that they opened new BV store. I bought couple of items then but I decided to return one of item I bought. I stopped by today and they said that they have everything final sale policy. I didn’t hear anything from the SA when I purchased it and she was there. I was more upset about their attitude towards the problem and the Manager told me no matter what happened (she meant if I was informed it is final sale or not when I bought it) that’s their policy and that’s how “Luxury brand” works. She used the term. I’m certain that I have so much more than her experiences with “Luxurious brands” and didn’t appreciate that she try to teach me how “luxurious Brand” works in outlet store. No wonder why the doorman guy was so rude. The worst “luxurious brand” experience from doorman to manager. I would pass this store if you don’t like to spend money and treated...
Read moreThis is a place where if you don’t look like you have money, you will be judged and not allowed to go inside. As I was about to walk in to a nearly empty location, with no line in the front, the security guard at the front would not let me in. I was wearing my PPE(kn95), but still not allowed in. I had to call my friend already inside the store to be allowed in. It was super embarrassing the whole ordeal. Never again!! This location is awful. I understand the sales rep attempted to apologize, but that security guard is refusing to allow people in is a disgrace and downright discrimination. I guess being Latino we don’t have enough money to enter...
