My wife and I went to Woodbury to browse the high end selection to celebrate her graduating and starting a new career (loud shout out to my lady!) we knew she wanted an everyday bag for the office that isn’t too “loud.” We knew Prada was a good selection, upon entry the security was very kind and their sales rep name Will was beyond helpful. My wife is beyond indecisive so his patience was unmatched and he knew all the prices for every item in the store as she would ask “how about this one” or “what about that one?” He pulled out a MIU MIU bag from the back which was the very last one. It was love at first sight for my wife you would think I was chopped liver how she looked at that bag! So she settles on it we get all the way home to find out it’s missing the hang tag. Sounds small but hang tags on designers are very distinctive pieces so my wife was very down about that. We called and got ahold of a rep that said if we can email them but we opted to tell them we’ll come to the store tomorrow. They relayed the information to the opening Manager so when we arrived to the store the opening manager Kian was already hip and knew about the whole situation. Because the item was not produced anymore the hang tag is very difficult so opted if she wanted to return the purchase or get a friends and family discount. Read moreWent in to look for a new bag after standing in line. I was greeted when I walked in. I walked over to the sunglasses and picked two pair up I loved. Couldn’t decide but the sales person did attempt to assist with my decision as I didn’t really need both. I decided and continued to look for a bag. The bag selection is very limited which is too bad considering the amount of traffic that goes through the commons daily. I went to the cashier to pay to find out my $230 glasses didn’t even come with a case. Never have I purchased a designer pair of glasses with no case. Even the discount stores sell them with cases.
The cashier got annoyed I asked where the case was and went up to the sales person to tell her I was questioning why. The sales person would not even speak to me about it after I asked her. She Stood there and completely ignored me mumbling to her coworker as if I was not even speaking to her. Completely rude!!! That’s when I just walked out. The cashier continued on to say it was because if the glasses get made specifically for the outlet no cases are provided. Like what? They are Prada and $230. If I wanted cheap glasses I would go elsewhere. Too bad I went across the walkway to sunglass hut to find the same glasses literally for $117. Guess what they came with a case LOL. Read moreDecent selection of items for reasonable prices -1 because the lines are always long and they don't do the best job of optimizing entry. I get it that it's COVID, but that doesn't mean you let only 10 people in such a massive store at once. -1 because I ordered an item through the phone and had it shipped to me and they sent it with the security sensor attached! I called in and the sales associate who answered was very rude. She told me that I would have to pay return shipping back to the store for them to remove the sensor. How does that make sense when it was your store's fault and I already paid $20 to have it shipped to me? After arguing with her for a bit, she said the manager agreed to reimburse me for my return shipping cost as long as I sent back the shipping receipt with the item. -1 it's been months and I've called at least 5 times about my shipping reimbursement and they leave me on hold for 30-60 mins at a time and never return. To date, the manager has refused to return my call.
