For six months, I was trying to find a time to take a trip here. When I finally did, I found a watch I really liked, fell in love with it, it was being boxed up, ready to checkout, and they found out that one of their people had restocked it in the wrong spot. They then informed me it would be double the stickered price. While they offered me 10% off the new much higher price, I left immediately to avoid causing a scene. My first time in the store and was just browsing! Got the attention of a beautiful watch In The showcase. Staff came over snd asked I’d I wanted to try anything. They were super nice and helpful. They very diligently put on a white glove and proceeded to show me this beautiful watch. Of course I was in love with this piece and purchased it. They informed me about the care of the watch and even provided a few small gifts in addition to. Win win situation. Stop by and meet the store manager Suhaib, who is very gracious and friendly. Found this great looking tissot there. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I will note that the first one I bought did have an issue with the seconds hand not centering when the chronograph was reset. I went back and exchanged it out. Do note that you will not be able to return items even if they are broken to this store. I was told if they did not have another one, they would not be able to do anything about it and I would have to go with warranty to get this issue address. Over all the staff was very nice and apologetic for the situation. Loving...
