My daughter,Grandson and I went into Lindt on Black Friday we proceeded to pick our chocolate then proceeded to go on the line. The elderly woman who was standing by the door took us out the line and said we are blocking traffic we move to where she asked which was practically on a chocolate display table which is weird because now where we were on the another family came to that spot, nothing was said to them now there was only one line so we were in front of that family.I tried to ask how will they know we are in front of the family who was in the same spot we were standing..I never got a answer she then started to put her hand towards me and my family telling us to move back very aggressively and rude.I then realized this woman is only harassing my black family ,yes we were the only black people in the store at the time.I then realize we don’t need to be harassed when there is other chocolate places.I felt hurt because we get this chocolate all the time.My daughter and I had at least 60$ of chocolate because we give them out to coworkers and family. This woman standing by the door on November 29 ,black Friday needs to know how to handle the public even my 8 year old Grandson felt bad and didn’t mind putting back his chocolate. This woman and I am so sorry I never got her name but she needs to go to some class to teach respect for all customers don’t matter what. Her aggressive rude behavior will not be tolerated and we are a quite respectful family she might not get that nice...
Read morePlease read this entire review- the employees will rip you off. Let’s start with Egotistical Erika, aka the worst store manager ever. We asked for her name, and she wrote it down, and replied with: “I’m the only Erika here so obviously.” The person who did our transaction - Carlos R - went through with our payment, and then told us we could have saved a dollar or two with 20% more candy if we chose a different container instead of a bag! So we asked Carlos why he didn’t tell us this before he processed our payment. He did not know how to answer us, so he called over Erika, and she told us they do not provide refunds. Our candy bag was still on the weighing balance, untouched by us. We told her that it wasn’t our first time buying this candy, and once again, her arrogance kicked in and she said, “If you’ve bought candy before you should know the prices.” Erika tried to profit off us by saying we could get more candy for a bargain, but no adjustment or refund was given for the processed order. Customer respect: none. Honesty: none. Watch out for this particularly store. I will buy Lindt again, but not from these people or this store which is just trying...
Read moreChocolate heaven but got disappointed with their sale, $15 for 50 pcs but has to be weigh?
Location: It is located inside Woodbury Commons Outlet, the store is big with lots of chocolate display!
Service: The woman offers free chocolate pieces to try their new flavor which is Matcha and Dulce de leche. She gave me Matcha and I asked her if I can get Dulce too, she gave it to me but she looks annoyed.
Food: 4 flavors stand out for me here: MATCHA (a must!), DULCE DE LECHE, PISTACHIO, CAPPUCCINO and MANGO.
Price rating: 6/10, not bad for lunch. The problem is they say even online $15 for 50 pcs but the cashier has to weigh it. Then we had extra 3 pcs and she charged us $3 for those 3 pcs! So where is the sale there? Lol
OMG I will definitely go back for the flavors specially matcha! But they have to make...
