Zales Outlet — Local services in Town of Woodbury

I am very upset after speaking to 2 representatives, (Terrance) and Manager, named Demond at the Woodbury Commons Zales store. I explained to them that I purchased a "Persona" bracelet and 3 charms less than 60 days ago and 2 of my charms which have garnet stones and diamond accents on the other are all falling off!!!! I didn't think to save the receipt and the representative from the store flat out told me that I would not be able to get a full refund unless I have a receipt. I know they can pull up my purchase through my phone number and my credit card that I used and they still told me NO!! I am curious to know if Zales even cares if I will be a repeat customer or not. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! NOT WORTH THE TIME I SPENT!! THIS IS GARBAGE...

Only had two sales associates on a Saturday with a packed store. They spent too much time talking. After 25 minutes of waiting for a sales associate I was looking for an engagement ring. I asked for a 1ct solitaire VS quality. The sale associate shows me a few rings and I found one I like. The tag said 1ct, when i get to the registrar to pay I wanted to double check the paperwork and noticed the diamond was a 0.96ct. I told the sales associate and she told me they place 1ct tag on any diamond that is 0.95 to 1ct. You can't say you are selling me a 1ct Diamond ring if its not 1ct especially when its a full diamond. They also do not provide military discount. Negative experience ended up going with Kay Jewelers....

I rarely leave reviews but this was truly a bad experience. We bought four pieces of solid gold jewelry and two of the four items broke within two weeks of purchase, one after the other. Totally normal usage too. One of them they allowed me to replace, but the other they refused to replace and tried to charge me for repair. Even corporate blew me off. My husband bought my engagement ring here and then anniversary jewelry here, but never ever again. Zales lost a good customer for life. We’ll bring our money somewhere else, and be sure it’s a different...
