I cannot express my disappointment with this branch of Kay and Kay jewelers over all. Since I got engaged in January there has been an ongoing issue with my ring. It was brought here by my fiancĂ© and I to be resized after the Yonkers location didnât resize it correctly. They sized it a 1/2 size larger then it was supposed too. We waited 8 hours (which we knew we had to do) when we returned to the store the ring was still too big, and the joint was visible in the back of the ring. The jeweler told us to come back at another time and he would cut the back off the ring and replace the entire back. Fast forward two months we return to again on a Friday have this ring resized. We explain the entire situation that the jeweler wanted to cut the back off etc etc. We were told the ring would be ready for Sunday. My fiancĂ© calls and is told the ring is ready on Sunday. He drove 50 minutes (one way) to the store to find that the ring was still not correct. We were promised the ring by the following Thursday. Again, now itâs being pushed another day. This was supposed to be one of the most joyful times our lives! This situation with the ring has left a dark cloud over our engagement.    Read moreDon and the managers at the Kay outlet store in Woodbury commons are simply the best. The true meaning of customer centric at its purest form. I dropped off her ring at the Yonkers location for the center diamond to be fixed because it was shaky. It was brought to their repair shop but it wasnât marked as urgent. We are scheduled to leave for our summer trip tomorrow and absolutely needed the ring back today. Long story short, Don and his manager (so sorry I forgot your name) literally called in the jeweler who was off today to come in and work on my wifeâs ring.

Purchased and soon to return both rings totaling $5900 due to the lack of customer service in both the outlet and the pickup location in Cross County Yonkers mall. Beware day 1 of purchasing their all in your a$$ until you've finished with your purchase then you're nothing. Purchased rings way back in January and now about 3-4 weeks later still have yet to feel my ring on my finger because i have not received what i've already paid for yet i'm already receiving my 1st monthly statement.
