Today my family and I placed an online order for pick up and from the moment we walked in Corey was unprofessional. While requesting my brother’s personal information he was loud and not discreet. We were told the order was canceled because we didn’t have a photo ID with an address however, we did have a valid U.S passport with A PHOTO and was told we could not pick up the phone! Order pick up email clearly states “PLEASE BRING VALID PHOTO ID OR VERIZON PASS”! . My brother is the account holder and was present with a valid form of ID! We were simply turned away and not helped. I would not recommend this store at all. Customer’s information including his phone number and PIN number to account should not be requested or shouted across a store, I am sure that’s against company’s policy! I walked in with a complicated situation that I honestly thought would take days—or even weeks—to sort out. But this amazing group of guys not only listened carefully and treated me with kindness and professionalism, they also worked together efficiently and made everything happen in just one day.
Each of them brought something special to the table—patience, technical knowledge, creativity, and a great sense of teamwork.
