Off White Woodbury — Local services in Town of Woodbury

They need to get rid of the security lady. I entered the store with a coworker like we did all the other stores and noticed they were either locked and/or had a security guard. I asked the female guard, why are the doors locked and she replied with a horrible attitude, "this is off white not target". I thought I heard her wrong and asked her to repeat herself and she said it once more. Last I check Target was a nice store and I was well aware of what store I was visiting. I really didn't even cared to spend 1 dollar in there after that comment. I acted as if her comment wasn't offensive and browsed momentarily and left as she looked me up and down as we exited. She needs a lot of training. I'm pretty gainfully employed and carry myself as such. She have no idea who she may have been entertaining at that moment. It's not a good look for the brand. Might I add she had on 0 off white to be so invested in me knowing the brands worth and how worthless Yarget is . I pray she gets a lesson in customer...

I went in earlier today and put a dress on hold to be purchased and picked up later in the day. The salesperson failed to tell me they closed between 2:30 and 3:30 pm so I would need to pick up around those hours. I was there at 2:27 and the security guard literally “shooed” me away with his hand multiple times. Needless to say that is a very dismissive gesture to do to a client. I tried to explain I was trying to pick something up and it was only 2:27. He did it again. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times but no one picks up. Avoid this store because clearly they don’t care about their clients....

I have been to this store a few times and it was well staffed. However, my latest experience this store was extremely understaffed! Only 2 associates on the floor. No security at the door like prior visits. Deshawn assisted me and my husband with our purchases. He was very knowledgable and super helpful during my shopping experience. There was a line outside and it was only him and the assistant manager on the floor on a holiday weekend executing cashier, security, back room, and sales. I feel bad for them. Do better off-white.
