On several occasions, I have felt that I was being unfairly scrutinized by staff, as if I were suspected of shoplifting. This has been particularly unsettling, as I am a loyal customer with no intention of stealing. I've noticed this most acutely with the MANAGER whose behavior, in my opinion, lacks both leadership and customer service skills.
