Spinx — Local services in Travelers Rest

While traveling we always stop at this location never had any problems until December 3rd. We always make sure that we get items that we can get fuel points for. This day we should have gotten .65 for items bought and another .25 for sending over $25. We didn't get any of out points even though I did give the young lady my rewards card. Once I notice it I sent an email and still haven't heard anything back at all. Since this is how they do business at this location from now on when traveling we will stop at a different location. We will not be stopping there anymore. Very disappointed because we enjoyed stopping there on our way to the mountains now for 3 yrs. I guess all good things must come to an end. Very disappointed. Stopped by an picked up a family size mac & cheese and also picked up an family size fried okra. When my order was delivered I received completely filled container of okra but only a half of a container of mac &cheese. When I asked about why only a half full I was told that what you get with a regular. I promptly said we'll this was a family size. And neither employee offered to fix the issue. Now when I got to the car the mac and cheese was dried out and cold. I used to like the food offered but here lately it seems as though the employees or the mgmt doesn't care what the food looks like when they serv it. But it is really disappointing. Every morning before I go to work I always go by Spinx and get a coffee. This morning I was visiting family in Travelers Rest and went to get a coffee. The signature blend coffee was out and there was an employee filling up the cup.
