I've lived here for almost 3 years in the traveler's rest area, and II used to come in there daily almost and then I had to go away for like 10 months, and I came back and today was the first time I'd been in there. And I could not believe my eyes, it was so filthy. The boy manager, who was talking to the lady that was checking me out. Who was we'll say of the golden years? He talked to her so rude and disrespectfully in front of me. I couldn't believe it. Not only that, your vegetables are horrid. Read moresince Food Lion moved in to Bi-Lo's old location, I have been consistently impressed with its offerings in the international food department. it seems to be expanding its offerings to meet Travelers Rest's more diverse community, which is awesome. I do wish that their produce selection was wider and more diverse, though, but I understand that they're still feeling out their market. Read moreThe transition from Bi-Lo to Food Lion looks pretty seamless, in fact the inside pretty much looks like the Bi-Lo. I gave it a four instead of a five only because they removed the self scan option, which is very useful when there are lines of people and you only have one or two things to buy; are self-sufficient; or just not interested in people that day. :) All staff were attentive, friendly, trained and interested in helping you find what you need.
