Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Travelers Rest

UPDATE:ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'VE BEEN ORDERING FROM OTHER PLACES BECAUSE Y'ALL REFUSE TO MAKE OUR ORDER THE WAY WE REQUEST. I HAVE CANCER AND I AM STUCK IN BED. MY SON CALLED IN THE ORDER TODAY AND I KNOW HE CALLED IT IN CORRECTLY. I WAS LISTENING AS HE READ IT OFF THE PAPER I WROTE THE ORDER ON. I HAVE LOST MY VOICE OR I WOULD CALL RIGHT NOW. I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOUR SERVICE. THE THIN PIZZA WAS TO HAVE PARMESAN AND GARLIC SAUCE ADDED TO THE PIZZA. NO SURPRISE YOU DIDN'T ADD IT. THE 2 CUPS OF CRAZY SAUCE I ORDERED WAS SHORTED. AND YES I TOOK A PIC OF IT. ONLY A THIRD OF A CUP IN EACH. I AM SO SICK OF THE SERVICE. I WANT IT MADE RIGHT. I'VE HAD IT! I WILL GET RESULTS OR I WILL REPORT TO THE BBB. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED AGAIN! My son and I go here a lot, cause he's the pizza fanatic. But the food and service is going downhill fast. We live about 25 minutes away. So making 2 trips to get one pizza is too much. We have been having to much trouble with this location. They get our orders wrong a lot. Out of all the times our orders are wrong, only once did they offer to replace it. And then I think they were being stupid. And still got it wrong. I've had it with this location. Owner needs to straighten this mess out before they lose more customers. Pizza hut in the same shopping center. We may just start going...

I have been visiting this Little Caesars location for years! This used to be the spot to get amazing FRESH pizza, especially on Friday nights all throughout my childhood when I was growing up!! We'd order a few pizza's, ALWAYS got some crazy bread and then we'd always go right next door to which used to be a video rental place, and get all the latest VHS movie releases. I always looked forward to this.

Unfortunately, those days have passed and now every single time I go up there to get a pizza there is an issue especially most recently!!! there's three young men that work there now and every time they're working I'm either told that I can't place an order or wait because they have four people waiting and they'll get confused, they're out of stock on pizza and crazy bread, or some other bogus excuse. I can't believe the things I hear from the staff at this location. When I finally do get a pizza it I is usually because these guys weren't working but most of the time there's something wrong with the pizza or I receive burnt crazy bread... There is ALWAYS AN ISSUE!!!!!!!

LITTLE CAESARS, YALL HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER!!!!!!! I appreciate the convenience and the low prices but the service is horrible and I know y'all can do better than this. Please...

I was told I would need to wait 15 minutes for my food to cook that they did not have any pizzas ready. I got there a little after 9pm. I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza, Crazy Bread, and 8 wings. I was told 8 was the smallest order they had for wings. I tipped the lady $5 in drive thru and pulled around and parked, gladly waiting the 15 minutes so my food would be fresh. After about 10 minutes, I got the buzz that my food was ready. I go in and get it and go straight home. I live maybe 7 minutes away. I open everything, and I am short 3 wings which were cold. The Crazy Bread was not even done and COLD as well as the Pizza. After a long day at work and stopping by there for dinner and looking forward to a hot meal before getting to bed and getting rest for another long day tomorrow, I am deeply disappointed! Further more, I called the restaurant SEVERAL times back to back starting at 9:50pm until they closed at 10:00pm and no one would even answer the phone although there were several employees there. I would like a refund on my food and surely hope that I will be able to speak with someone tomorrow since I was not able to resolve the...
