On December 16th 2023 I walked in and asked about a price and timeline of resizing my wife’s ring. He told me it would be around $80 and it would take a week or so and I said that would be great! I gave him the ring and asked him if he would call from the number on the door because I have unknown numbers blocked and he confirmed that he would. A week or so passed and I got no call. I went there on 12/30/23 and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed until after new years 1/2/24. I went again on 1/4/24 and he told me that some of the diamonds in the ring were lost during the cleaning and that he needed another week. I follow up the next week, it’s not ready. The next week I go in and he tells me that he thought he had that last diamond but it was too small. Asked me if I had anywhere to be, if I could come back in an hour so that he could get the right diamond, touch it up and make sure everything is set right and he’ll call me and it would be ready. Never called me. I end up taking a vacation and getting back early this week. I go in 1/25/24 and he says “I thought you were coming Monday” as if I’ve been holding him up. I took a wedding band to be sized was told it would take 2 weeks. Well I was told he had to order a rose gold kit to finish the ring. I never got a call to get the ring so I went there to check and kept getting told it wasn't finished. Took a bracelet that was perfectly fine just needed a link taken out to make it shorter but instead of soldering it back they just added this little cheap ring connector and didn't even solder it a week later it was broken so now I have a broken bracelet also left my son's silver necklace once again was not soldered it's like they just opened up the crack connected it back and squeezed it back 2 weeks later broke in the same place charged me $50 to do this and had to wait 2 weeks the silver wasn't even worth $50 but they were special to me, stay away for jewelry repair should have read some reviews before I went there seems I'm not the only one later found another place to repair both for half the price and they were done professionally and not the half a$$ job I...
