Paoli Station SEPTA Train Ticket Office — Local services in Tredyffrin Township

This station is great and gets the job done. My only complaint would be in regard to the engineering and construction of the updated platform. Beware if you are a new comer as I first was, you have to take a stair climb to a bridge and then a stair decent down the platform in the center. Definitely convienent fot going to PHL & NYC but the redesign of the station is terrible. Let's make the station more accesible by adding many, many, many more steps. I needed a Key Card so I could ride the train to Philadelphia. We left my car at the train station in Thorndale and both rode it to the airport. The train drops you off at your gate. We drove to Paoli and purchased the card from a lovely black lady who answered all of my questions. Septa has amazing customer service. Hands down the best...
