Make sure you are at the station 10 minutes before your train departs, because it can take that long to walk to the platform from your car. Construction has been blocking pedestrian walkways for months, and they continue to close walkways and stairways on a day to day basis.
The street crossing has a badly faded crosswalk that maybe 50% of drivers actually acknowledge. Part of that problem is the general layout of the lots and surrounding streets, which causes massive backups up and down Valley Rd.
Trying to leave the parking lot at the end of the day is sometimes worse than leaving a concert because there’s a single exit to the permit lots onto a street with no lights or stop signs.

The signs indicated which platforms to go to for inbound and outbound. I think you can easily find it, much easier than the Exton station. The neighborhood seems safe.
