We had a very bad experience with an agent of this office. She was just interested in the money she could get from the business instead to do what we requested and please us! We asked the agent to put in the contract for the seller to do the repairs all problems before the closing but how she didn't do our request, we trusting in the agent, didn't checked very carefully the contract and she put the seller didn't need to fix the problems, we need to pay to fix the huge electrical problem ourselves because the seller refuse to pay the repairs, which could put the house in fire. It is unbelievable that as buyers we needed to pay what the sellers should pay do not bleach the contract! How people can think this kind of business are ok and supported the wrong actions of the agent, as you can see in the comment below? Even the Walking Through before the closing, the right we had, the agent didn't tell us about. Because this kind of things in Alabama the rule is: "SELLERS AND BUYERS, BE AWARE!

Ms. Poore, for you knowledge I am not a Realtor anymore! I never needed to compete with your office. My husband work hard to provide for our family honestly. You should know your agent was fired in another Broker's Office she worked before yours, I was chocked when I knew the reason!

We are still trying to repair this old house she and the Listing Agent hide the real age when we asked her. They said it is from 70s but in fact it is from 50s. Now we need to change the Septic Tank also. We have changed already the Electrical Box and fixed the active termite damage which destroyed all laundry room, we figured out when we moved in. We lost about $8,000.00 but others lost much more than us, I am so sorry for them!
