Hardee’s — Restaurant in Trenton

I did not have a good experience at this Hardees today. I went through the drive thru and was pulled up saying they were just waiting on my fries. About 10 minutes later I get my order but out of the burgers I ordered one was missing. I stopped one of the workers that worked there and told them I was missing a burger and they told me that’s impossible because they bagged the order themself. When I offered for them to go look in my car to see that I didn’t get they proceeded to have me come inside the store and meet with their “manager”. When I walked in and told the person what was wrong they started to shiftblame on other people. I told the person I don’t care whose fault it was that I just wanted it made right. As I was waiting for my burger to be made this person took an order from drive thru because their lobby isn’t open. Yes I get it was 3 of them but the defensive attitude was unnecessary because I didn’t get rude or say anything other than I wanted it made right. After this same person was done taking the drive thru order they proceeded to make the drink instead of handing me the sandwich that I had been waiting for. When I asked them if I could have my sandwich they gave it to me and said out of nowhere that they weren’t being rude and that everyone has tough days. They did apologize and offer me a free meal but it didn’t seem sincere.

I have been in the restaurant industry for 18 years and am well aware of human mistakes being made. I do not feel like the person who was working the drive thru and talking to me at the counter really understood my intent and was being overly defensive. I was missing something and the last thing I wanted was for anyone to be blamed. All I wanted was for it to be made right.

Needless to say I will never go back to this Hardees especially when it was made clear how there were only 3 people working and they were busy. I felt like my family and I inconvenienced them and that the struggle is real since the lobby...

Worst service at a fast food place I've ever received. Doesn't deserve to be called a restaurant. Placed my order at 6:30pm. There is literally one other car in the whole parking lot and zero cars in the drive-thru when I ordered. Upon arriving at the window I immediately paid for my order and received my drinks, with no straws. 27 minutes later I received my food. During the course of the 27 minute wait I witnessed several "employees" come and go from the store, smoke cigarettes, set on the counter, and take fries that were already cooked and put them back in the grease to warm them up for me. Nothing I did could get their attention to the window. The longer I sat there and the more I witnessed, the angrier I became. I received a refund after insisting and returned the food to sender. I immediately went down the road to taco bell, which was had a parking lot full of customers, and received my order in 4 minutes with 3 cars in front of me at the drivedrive-thru. This Hardees will soon fail and be out of business like the 3 around my home town. HEY HARDEES, LOOK AT CHICK FIL A AND DO WHAT THEY DO! The food was cold. My family and I ordered 4 cheese burgers and 1 "hot" ham along with 2 "large" fries. The man who took my order was unclear and uncharismatic. He charged us for medium sized waters even though I just asked for regular waters - and then he gave us large waters!? The bacon cheeseburger was simply a disappointment. The meat was cold, the bun was cold, it did not taste savory, and I therefore had trouble finishing it. In addition, the fries were cold and should not be considered "large." The rest of my family experienced the same disappointment with cold burgers and sandwich. After lunch, indigestion kicked in, and my stomach ached for several hours thereafter.

I thought Hardee's was supposed to be a superior fast food restaurant. I have been to other Hardee's where I have loved the meal, and I still remember how good it was. But this particular store in Trenton, GA is a bad apple. I urge travelers to not visit this Hardees. It needs a full...
