My wife just went to this NAPA affiliated auto store. She requested a computer check (diagnostic) and the staff did not seem at all interested in even hearing about the problem. The store person refused and said they did not perform those. This seems very poor service when every other autostore typically will provide this service even free of charge as a courtesy in order to gain your buisness. More than likely they sell such diagnostic tools and the cheaper diagnostic tools are very inexpensive as far as car tools go. So investing in one seems a pittance compared to the goodwill and customer loyalty such small courtesies do engender.
