This review is in regards to a GE washing machine stuck on sense and fill that was still under warranty. Lowes scheduled this "Professional" service to contact us Monday to come look at the machine. The guy called early Monday and did come out that morning for a total of 15 mins if that. Was completely dumbfounded with the machine, and all of a sudden decided it was the water valve and left say he would call. Never called the rest of that day or Tuesday, so on Wednesday we called him to find out what was going on and he told us he was busy and would call back. Never did. Called Lowes the next day and they tried to call him, nothing. We were told to call back the next day. Called back the next day and they told Lowes they had to order parts and would get back with us. Requested a different Service man but that's a complaint on Lowes for refusing too. I got on Youtube found a video of the exact model machine doing the same thing, and was able to reset my machine and fix it myself without parts in less than 10 mins, apparently its a common issue with the machine. Called Lowes Today after 10 loads and told them not to send the "Professional" back out. Nothing but a fraud looking to make money off people who do not know better or have no mechanical knowledge.
Update on 5/14: Got called by the "Professional" today saying he had the parts to fix the washer. Told him we already fixed it, that it didn't need parts. He asked how and said i reset the computer board on it, and he asked how again. Sad when the "professional" doesn't know how to work on the machines, and was ordering...
Read moreJust had my first unfortunate dealings with this shady "company". I was routed to use them via my home insurance. I was told I would get a call from Trinity Appliance, but never did. So I ended up calling them. A man picked up named Thomas. He said he's on the road and cannot get to my house until Tuesday (4 days from the day I called him). I said okay. He said he would call me back. 4 days later came and I was expecting a call but never got one, so I called him near the end of the day. He said he could be at my house in 30 minutes, so I left work very suddenly to meet him at my house. He walked in, pushed a couple buttons on my dishwasher. Had me turn the power off to reset it. Pushed more buttons and said he will have to call the manufacturer. He had me write him a check for $75.00. He was there for about 5 minutes. He gave me no other information, so I called him the next day to see when he could come by again. He didn't pick up and I got a message saying inbox is full. I kept trying and about mid-day he picked up and said he will have to call me back to let me know because again he is "on the road". I waited for his call and got nothing, so I tried to call him around 5:30 pm and it said the line has either been disconnected or changed. I had my home insurance company try to get a hold of him too and they could not. They got a message saying the inbox is full. So, to cut this story short (which took more time to write than the time Thomas spent helping me), we are no longer using Trinity Appliance and put a hold...
Read moreI have a home warranty I was able to get ahold of the guy and was told he would look into my claim and call me back that was over a week ago. Every time I call the mail box is always full. I have even sent multiple text messages as well and still no response. I would figure that if you owned a company that you would want to company to be profitable but it seems like this company does not. So with that being said I would never recommend this company to anyone. Please do not waste your time dealing...
