Family Dollar — Local services in Trinity

Purchase some pajamas for $10 apparently they didn't put the receipt in the bag because I checked the bag and there was no receipt the pajamas didn't fit so I called the Trinity Family Dollar Store and ask them if I would be able to return these items to be replaced or to get a refund and that they didn't give me a receipt for it and would I be able to do this and the lady she's the one that is married to the black gentlemen and she's very nice lady very very nice lady told me that I could bring them back but when I brought them back this lady I think her name was Kristle was so rude inconsiderate and told me to get the hell out of her store and I said you got to be kidding me they told me that I can bring these back and she said without a manager's approval I couldn't get it I said my husband just had surgery I needed to take care of this and that I didn't live here she said I needed to get out of her store that I had a bad attitude in retrospect she's the one that had the bad attitude she also mocked Me by slamming doors behind the counter and telling other customers God bless you loud enough so I could hear her she told the other person to check me out with the other small items I had I will make sure and tell all my friends how I was treated at the Trinity Family Dollar Store from the employee not to ever go back there again I used to really love going into this store not anymore I will make sure and give bad reviews everywhere I go about the Trinity Family...

I have been a customer of this Family Dollar for 10 years. It has NEVER been better than it is now. Kim, the manager, is so nice and very efficient! She has a good team, as well. They've been with her for quite a while, unlike with other managers. That says something! Eric, Leighann, and Rebecca (and a few who's names I've forgotten..SORRY GUYS!) are amazing Asst. Managers and CSAs! Friendly to a fault! They even remember to ask me if I've forgotten my usual items!!! The best customer service hands down!!
