Admittedly I'm a few weeks late on this review... I went into the shop on Valentine's Day morning to purchase three arrangements. One for my Wife, and one each for both of our daughters (1.5 and 3.5 years old). I provided a few basic details and they knew just want to craft and gaurenteed an afternoon delivery. Fantastic! We live about 25 minutes outside of town, so delivery is ESPECIALLY appreciated in this scenario! I also ordered two balloons for my girls.

Delivery arrives mid afternoon, and the weather was awful. It was cold, rainy, and quite windy. I met the driver outside to thank him and provide a tip. As he's walking up to the door, a gust of wind blows and the balloons are swept away! We're both shocked and he of course felt awful. I re-assured him it was totally fine - can't fight mother nature! Truth be told I was a little bummed for my girls, but they're just balloons!

Fast forward a couple hours later and our doorbell rings. Our delivery driver (who was actually the husband of the shop owner) showed back up and brought two balloons AND two little boxes of candy for our girls!!!!!

Remember, we're 25 minutes from the flower shop - they went an hour out of the way to bring our girls their balloons. I was absolutely touched and I let him know they truly made my day. What an incredibly special thing to do.

That's the kind of service that you come to find in a small(er) town like ours and I'm grateful to be here.

By the way, the flowers were beautiful too!! They totally knocked all three out of the park!

Placed an order on Thursday for Saturday delivery For a local funeral of a friend and we received confirmation for this payment. The family never received the order so followed up With the shop and their explanation was that it was cancelled due to weather and they were not in the shop I told them I never received any phone call or email of this confirmation. The shop told me that I won’t be charged and she doesn’t know how it all works with online ordering. As you can see this is upsetting when timing of these deliveries is very important as is communication. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and I attempted to order directly so all money goes to the shop and not a larger organization such as telefloral. If you chose to order from them, you shouldn’t use the website bc as she explained she doesnt know how it works or why we don’t get a cancellation. As a consumer when you receive a confirmation, you feel that the service will be completed as directed or a follow up call would be done if any changes were to be made. Don’t recommend this shop but suggest If you do shop here, to call...
