I’ve been shopping at aldi for years and never had a bad experience until Rebecca showed what zero customer service skills looks like. I only had 3 items but I had a gift card so I had to stand in line for the in person check out which is completely fine. Two separate groups let me go in front of them randomly because I had 3 things as opposed to their carts full. She looked at the people behind me and then at me and rolled her eyes at me. I got my stuff rang out and just asked out of curiously if I could only use the gift card at the in person counter instead of the self checkout and very shortly said nope but here’s the receipt. I tried to grab the cart and she grabbed it super quick and all she said was “nope.” as she grabbed it to stop me from taking it. Insanely rude and clearly hasn’t had any customer service training...
Read moreI ordered pick up for my groceries and when I got there to pick them up the manager comes out and starts giving me an attitude saying I must have sent someone else to pick them up because they gave my order to someone else. The nice girl that worked there said they gave my groceries to some guy in a truck about ten minutes before I got there. Manager kept telling me it was my fault. Didn’t get my groceries. Had to defend myself to the manager and explain to her that I did not send anyone. She said the guy used my name and that I had to have sent him there (has to be a lie) pretty much accusing me of trying to steal my own groceries I don’t even know. Ended up having to call customer service and get a refund that way. Manager is super rude and I will probably not shop...
Read moreWith all this trying times going on in the world right now I will have to say I was in all these today and there were three ladies that I had spoke with they were very polite very kind and understanding I blessed each one of them for all the hard work that they are doing to keep this world a float please people need to be more kind and understanding and these three ladies were over the top you could see the exhaustion they were dealing with they were tired overworked rushed to get things done and yet they still had the time to be kind I'll always speak good of all these as long as you have great employees like...
