Kristen is SO COMPASSIONATE AND SELFLESS and a BLESSING INDEED, THERE FOR YOU WITHOUT ANY HESITATION AT ALL TO HELP DO WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU MAY NEED... I'M SO TRULY THANKFUL AND BETTER FOR HAVING MET HER EVEN IF ON ONE OF ONES WORST OF WORST DAYS, SHE CAME INTO SUCH A BIG MESS YET I FELT A COMFORT AND CALMNESS I JUST CAN'T SING HER ENOUGH PRAISE!!!! 😇

1 call says it all... I reached out to Self-Maid Cleaning Service in quite a frantic and desperate need of their services and I believe I'd called after "Business" hours and it seemed within a matter of minutes I was receiving a return text. Kristen was out with her daughter watching her Cheerleading game and yet she was very attentive and compassionate about the message I'd left and took time away from family to follow-up. Honestly a 5 STAR RATING DOES NOT COME CLOSE TO THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DO. THEY TRULY DEMONSTRATE WHAT A 'SERVICE" PROVIDING COMPANY SHOULD BE THEY ABSOLUTELY GO OVER AND BEYOND AND I BELIEVE IS JUST IN THEIR CHARACTER THEY ARE MORE THAN AFFORDABLE AND YOU GET ALOT MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAY FOR THEY TAKE TIME MAKING SURE THAT YOU, THE CUSTOMER ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL YOUR NEEDS WERE AND THEN SOME. THEY'LL EVEN TAKE A LIL TIME OUT GETTING TO KNOW YOU AND YOU GETTING TO KNOW THEM WHICH IS A RARE AND SPECIAL QUAILITY WITH SELF MAID CLEANING SERVICE YOU'VE TRULY NOT MET A STRANGER I MIGHT HAVE TO MAKE A MESS JUST SO I HAVE AN EXCUSE TO CALL AND USE THEIR SERVICES...

Kristen and her crew were fantastic! Kristen met with me and reviewed with my my home cleaning needs. They made time in their schedule to fit us in for a deep-deep clean on our home! All three of the crew members did an absolute fantastic job! Paying great attention to every single little detail. The crew member who worked on our master shower did a fantastic job! It has never looked so good! (THANK YOU!!). Kristen even has a spray that left our home smelling so nice! It lasted well into the next day! I hired Kristen and her team for a one time deep clean because we are getting ready to put our house on the market. They had their work cut out for them and they exceeded my expectations! I didn’t think it was possible for my bathrooms to look clean again but somehow they worked their magic and made that happen! They were extremely detail oriented through out the entire house.... cleaned under furniture, windows, on top of cabinets, ceiling fans, dusted the ceilings and so much more! Kristen was very easy to work with and accommodating! It is evident she takes a lot of pride in her work. I would highly recommend them for any kind of clean. We will definitely be hiring this company again...
