Sad because I'm sure the freshness of the donuts is because of a lack of consistent business. Unfortunately, I've been 4 times for my little donut lover in the house, and only once were they fresh. The other 3 visits, the donuts, were like crispy pucks and so incredibly dry to the point the donut cracks and the icing chips off. The employees are so kind, and the ambiance is perfect. Money is tight for everyone, so I can't justify spending it on a product that isn't even comparable to a convenience store donut on 3 of our 4 visits. They had Gluten Free brownies. I haven’t had a brownie or anything since I was diagnosed with caches. I must say it was really good. They also said they could make like mini gluten free donuts so now if I ever want a donut I can have one lol. I’ll definitely be trying some soon. My kiddos and I made it into here this morning after visiting another doughnut shop that was out of doughnuts. It’s so nice to have such a cute local doughnut shop in town.
