Bought a Queen set and when we called to tell them the mattress was giving us back pain the man on phone named Jason told it was our problem. Before we bought the mattress we asked how their return policy was. And even asked if the Mattress was giving us back pain could we return it. The owners son told us we had 30 days. Called and spoke with owner and he basically told me it was our problem we should have read the paperwork. That we should have bought a mattress cover. When I told him we asked how the return policy worked and that his son told us within 30 days nothing about a cover or we would have bought one he said oh well not his problem!
