I went the other day and got a pedicure and a full set. My pedicure was great except the lady didnāt do exactly what I wanted, being nail techs youād think theyād be able to tell gloss and rough apart. Iāll come here to get a pedicure, because they have the good callous remover tool, but after how I was treated yesterday, I donāt know. The shorter younger gentleman started my nails. I donāt like the stilletto tips because they are super thin. He used those on me, and I seen the person who did my nieces nails used a different style tip, and we got the same exact shape nail. As he was doing them he put one of the tips on crooked. Iām sorry, IāM PAYING FOR THESE, not you guys and you really overprice, but anyways when he cut it down it was lopsided and I said something and he acted like he was going to continue with the process. I said something again and he huffed and puffed but had me soak it off. Then when he was doing the acrylic I was looking to see how thick they were. They werenāt terribly too bad, but one I could bend the tip. I mentioned that THAT NAIL (NOT ALL) was just a little thin. He acted like he didnāt know what I was talking about then Kim came over and snatched my hand and asked whatās wrong. I mean, WE are the paying customers and for you to get mad about the service weāre receiving as a customer is crazy. But she snatched my hand and said if you want thick you need to tell them thick at the beginning. They werenāt that thin, it was just ONE NAIL I said something about. So with attitude she put a glob and I mean a glob of acrylic on ALL of my nails. I only said something about ONE. Iām a welder and I work with heavy metal car parts, AND Iāve taken cosmetology before so I know how youāre supposed to treat your customers and their requests, ESPECIALLY if THEY ARE PAYING FOR YOUR SERVICE. And I know how I like my nails. My nails are super think now and I DO NOT like them. And got charged for soaking off gel on my toes when they couldāve just grinded it off like any other nail salon wouldāve done. The glitter and the white tip is cute, but $10 dollars extra because I wanted French??? Donāt get me wrong Kim does great on nails, but yesterday I felt so disrespected, and my niece noticed they were being rude to me too. I donāt know if Iāll be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeyond unhappy. The guy was super rough on my nails. My friend and I went together to get our nails done, the guy she had actually took his time, the guy I had rushed through doing my manicure because someone else was there for an appointment. When he was doing my nails he didnāt clean underneath my nails, he left me with bloody skin because he cut it using the nail drill on hang nails which is crazy! You should not be using a nail drill on SKIN OR HANGNAILS!!! Not only that, he noticed it was bleeding and sprayed nail polish remover on it which BURNED! Then he proceeded to take a paper towel and push the paper towel on the sore sliding the paper towel up and down which really hurt. Not to mention using the same tools on everyone else is gross! I didnāt have any issues with the pedicure but I had a girl for that and she was fantastic, took her time and everything. But then it got to the price. $101, i didnāt tip because they werenāt even that good, super rude. The guy had an attitude which is crazy because we as the customers are the ones paying! We should like what we get!!! But apparently this business doesnāt value their customers. Save your money and go elsewhere where you find someone who will actually care about doing your nails. Not to mention they charged me for a regular manicure plus an extra $15 for gel which I never requested gel nail polish, he just used it! Additionally I did not go there to get asked about all the bruises I had on my legs, that is my information only, and i feel invasion of privacy.I will not be back to this place ever again. They need to learn how to treat their customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreScheduling is always an issue here. We have scheduled many times with the techs that we want and it never ends up being the correct tech. If you provide an online way of scheduling your appointment, actually take the time to organize it so itās actually useful to your customersā¦.. However, the person always ends up being āUnavailableā. This is very inconvenient to your customers and you show very little remorse for your mistakes. We are expected to just take whatever tech is available and go on about our day. However, not all techs here know what theyāre doing and most are rude or careless. When I come here, I want my specific tech because itās who Iām comfortable with doing my nails. Itās ridiculous especially when youāre paying 60+ just to get them done. Just recently, I had a tech named āEricā because once again, my tech wasnāt availableā¦.He always seems to have a bad attitude even when heās not providing you a service, but is for others. However, the issue I have is that Eric mustāve thought it was funny to talk about my color choice to the tech next to him, calling it āHalloweenā. Not that it matters, but I picked orange with yellow sparkles for fall coming up considering itās coming towards the end of august. Whether I was getting orange, purple, green, whatever⦠I donāt see how this concerns the tech, Iām paying for the service and Iām here to get my nails done to my liking. š¤·š»āāļø Iāve come here a few times now and itās always something that makes my visit an irritating and unpleasant one. Iāll take my money elsewhere...
