I would literally give this location a 0 if I could. I have been ordered from here for a while, both Delivery and Pickup as well as going in and placing my order in person. The ONLY time these "workers" can seem to get an order right is if you stand there and WATCH them. I've ordered the same bowl every time pretty much and about the only consistency THEY can manage is to get it wrong. I order a Steak Bowl, Pay for the Extra Steak, and order extra Rice, extra Cheese, and Extra Lettuce, as well as Mild Salsa. If I can open my Bowl and see the bottom of the bowl, how is that even CLOSE to even a normal serving of rice? Tonight, I ordered the same bowl AND a order of Chips and Queso. At least I got the Queso. No chips, and once again a bowl that is subpar. Half the time when I walk into this location to do a pick up, (unless its peak time) the employees are just standing about talking. You mean to tell me that my Order, that I spent the extra money on was taking too much of your chit chat time that you couldn't be bothered to get it right?

Get the order, and its missing my drink, not a big deal I'll just get it refunded, its a whopping 5 bucks for a drink but again, I cannot contact any actual real person for customer support whether it be someone at the store or a support line its all automatic and not helpful! The phone number just directed me to the automatic website support which doesn't actually help either. All it says is here's a coupon but it will expire. So im still gonna end up paying for something I didnt receive and I cant get actual help from anyone at all. And its getting frustrating...I dont order out enough to be satisfied with a coupon that won't last until I decide to order again and I won't have a drink for my entire shift which doesn't end until 9 pm which is the only reason I ordered the drink in the first place. Read more2 out of the last 3 visits the bowls have been lacking for what I pay for same thing at a different location. The staff here definitely is not friendly and has some sort of attitude, it is same way at Fairborn location near Planet Fitness and they both keep running out of product regularly. Which is fine I transitioned to HOTHEAD instead. Chipotle is loosing its luster and with the way franchise owners are treating employees, wages still suck due to hyper inflation, and then the corporate cut/brand tax, It all goes down hill and the bottom line is. Go cashless, go digital orders only, go takeout only except at COLLEGE locations. I can give you a roadmap to fix all your problems. Learn to master inventory and sales predictions, and make standards higher for customer service and interfacing and communicate effectively with instore customers.
