Culver’s — Restaurant in Troy

Culver's in Troy, Ohio is a great place to enjoy a meal. The Butter Burgers are good. If you have never been to Culver's some of the menu items to consider are the Melts, Concretes (a shake that cannot be consumed through a straw until it nearly completely melts. So many flavors to choose from unless you love Peanut Butter...then that is the only and best choice!), the Onion Rings are good (not great but, good), the Atlantic Cod Dinner is very good... you cannot go wrong at Culver's unless you do not enjoy burgers, chicken, and/or fish. This location in Troy, Ohio has always employed amazing staff who are happy to serve you. If you have a different experience, please let management know what experience you had as a negative experience would not be normal. Understand that Culver's is not inexpensive however, the food is not inexpensive in quality. My family and I drive 20ish miles to eat at or from this location. Eating here is always a treat, pun intended. I hope your experience is as pleasurable as ours is everytime. Happy eating!!!

Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that i should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews...

Culver's is a great fast food restaurant, they have some good burgers, seafood burgers and ice cream. They also got some really good fries, like they are on par with chick fila fries, and everyone knows how good the fries are at chick Fila. All their items on their menus are very reasonable priced, like what I get is the Culver's Deluxe Double, for $6.40 something like that, and their single is around $4. ( I highly recommend their double : )

The service is great too, they are nice and they get the food out fast. When you are eating in the restaurant, they give you a number plate and they will serve you the food at your table so you don't have to wait up front for your food.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, it's neat and clean in the restaurant and it looks authentic for the interior...
