When you go in, all of the vapes are on the wall back behind the counter and you can’t read what kinds they even have, rather than displaying them in a case to make shopping easy for the customer. I have asked them if they could make a list so that I could read it since I like to try different kinds and they said they aren’t able to do that. Tonight I went in and asked if they had an apple flavored specific brand and was met with “ I don’t know, we have several apple flavors” rather than asking more questions to find out what I was looking for. I then asked how I could try different varieties if I’m not able to see the different flavors and the guy said “I could read them all to you, I do it a million times a day”. I then decided it wasn’t worth spending my money in a shop that isn’t interested in making a good amount in sales by making the shopping experience enjoyable for the customer. I bought 2 I was familiar with and left when I had came to purchase a variety to try. They also do not have you try your vapes before leaving, which is bad business in the vape industry. I went ahead and asked if I could, and was told “I know that it works”. No you don’t- a disposable vape can definitely be faulty and if the customer leaves and gets home and it doesn’t work, they would be out of luck. I will definitely be taking my money somewhere...

Went in looking for 7tabz and was told by Alyssa after trying to ask my sister over the phone what flavor she wanted that because my sister who couldn't get out of bed due to a procedure wasn't present she couldn't sell to us. When we tried to even purchase it for ourselves she said she couldn't sell to us because she knew then it wasn't for us but for my sister. The audacity to say that and treat someone like that is ridiculous. Tried other shops and had a way better experience WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE AFTER THE ATTITUDE from Alyssa.
