Great customer service! Debbie introduced herself and then left us alone. She didn’t bother us or check back in until we came and found her, which I appreciated. She dropped what she was doing and helped us right away and was very friendly while answering our questions and showing us options. We ended up purchasing a recliner and planned to pick it up the next day. When we picked it up, the warehouse guys were backed up and behind (no thanks to a big traffic jam on the highway) but they put our order on the top of their list and got it out right away. We had the BEST experience here! No harassment/stalking from the sales associates while looking, but readily available for questions and when we were ready to make our purchase. I can't say enough good things about their delivery service. The delivery men that came were fantastic. I was worried about getting our new loveseat upstairs, and they immediately put my mind at ease. They took extra care to pad the walls, and had the loveseat up the stairs an in place in no time flat. We bought a grey three-piece sectional for our new house back in February 2018 from Francis Furniture. Our saleswoman Carmen was wonderful. She didn't hover and wasn't pushy, but made it clear that she was there for anything we needed. My husband and I feel that we got a very fair deal on a quality piece of furniture that we still love almost six months later. The showroom is clean, well organized and homey.
