Pretty good Vape Store overall, but there's been a steady decline. I trust their juices and the mixer(s) are great, but it's becoming more difficult to find the right times to call or show up for a Mixer to be available. Communication isn't the greatest on this either. I called Saturday Morning to ask when a mixer (as I'm doing custom Nic level) would be available and was given a time frame for Saturday Afternoon. I pushed my plans for the day back in order to make it to JoJos for that time frame and was THEN told that the Mixing Room was closed on Saturdays. I really wish the morning shift would have informed me of that so I didn't wait 2 hours for a Mixer to be available, only to find out that I'd have to wait the full weekend. Thankfully I got what I needed on Monday. But that's where another situation went wrong.
Normally, if JoJo Vapes would accidently give a "dud" coil or even the wrong coil, they would strive to make things right for the customer. Today, was the exception. Yesterday (Monday), I was given the wrong coil for a Pod System (RPM 2) and did not realize it until the evening. Today I went in to explain the situation and to get the correct coil. The associate apologized and acknowledged that she had given me the wrong coil, but still charged me for the replacement. JoJo Vapes used to care about making things right, but that's apparently changed. Rather than make a scene and argue, I paid for the coil and left, but I still wish I would've stood my ground, since the coil I was given in the first place had been the wrong coil.
Beyond my complaints, the juices are great quality and the Customer Service is decent, apart from the associates involved in my complaints earlier in this review. It's a welcoming environment and it's worked to expand under certain restrictions and is clearly trying to keep house-mixed juices available for customers, which is a great staple...
