Update November 2018 A few more bad reviews to add to the list. A few months ago I went here at 12:45pm and asked for a chicken waffle. I was told that they didn't have the waffles made yet. So I asked for a chicken fajita and they told me lunch was not ready yet because they were short staffed. It was almost 1pm.. how do you not have lunch ready?! My next visit was just the other day. I ordered a chili and it said $2.50 on the menu. When I said I noticed my receipt said it was $3.99 I asked why it cost so much more since that is not what was advertised on the menu. I was told that they must have forgot to change the signs because there was a price change in the menu. I asked if they could charge me for the $2.50 since that is what was advertised or if I could just get my money back. The manager refuses to give me my money back. That is false advertisement and the manager should get in trouble for refusing to give me my money back! After I left I called them back to ask for the corporate phone number and the manager said she must have misplaced the phone number. Really!? I called the other Tim Horton on the other side of town and they happily gave me the number. There is something terribly wrong with this Tim Hortons.
UPDATE So I feel really dumb to think that another visit would be any different. I went through the drive thru and thought surely if I just order a coffee they can get that right. I go to the window and they asked me if I had two coffees.. no? I ordered a coffee with peppermint mocha syrup & that gave me a drink with just mocha! SO AGGRAVATING THAT THEY CAN *NEVER * GET MY ORDER RIGHT!! I'm pretty sure I already left a bad review for this store in the past but here I go again. I'm a Tim Hortons regular and I go to this store once in a while because the one on the other side of town is always packed. There is a reason why the other restaurant is always packed and this one never has any cars in the drive thru. The other restaurant is good and this one sucks! Now I'm one to give second chances.. in this case 9 chances. Throughout these visits there was only ONE time that my order was correct.. I'm not even kidding. Here's how the visits went:
Ordered breakfast sandwich.. They forgot the egg. Ordered breakfast sandwich.. They forgot the cheese. Ordered breakfast sandwich on a bagel.. The bagel was cold and hard. Ordered ice coffee with one cream.. my drink was white!? Ordered chicken fajita wrap.. the wrap was rolled into a ball and put into a breakfast sandwich bag & it didn't have the same ingredients on it. I asked why it was made and wrapped different and I was told it's because they are not affiliated with other Tim Horton. Ordered black coffee with peppermint mocha flavoring.. I got a coffee with cream.. no peppermint mocha. Ordered hot coffee.. my coffee was cold. Ordered hot food.. my food was cold. Ordered bagel with cream cheese.. got no cream cheese.
I guess I can only blame myself for giving this store so many chances. This Tim Horton is such a disappointment and I've wasted so much money here. I will be going to the other Tim...

Must have gotten the manager on duty who persisted on giving me my drink and tried to hand over the sandwhich... FOR A FACT I seen none of them had them on til I said something and the girl who had a grey hoodie/sweater went around the corner and notified she had been confronted. Told them I was certified servsafe.... and work in food industry. It's a time to make people feel comfortable about their food and even says on signs GLOVES.... CROSS CONTAMINATION IS A REAL THING. Read moreThis location never gets our order correct. We've been there at least a dozen times and are extremely unhappy. Cold coffee, burnt coffee, wrong sugar/cream amounts added. Prepare food incorrectly. Have to repeat myself over speaker several times every visit. It's annoying. The location is convenient for us when heading to the highway but I'm now driving across town because the other store doesn't goof up. We have excellent service in Sidney and great food fast. They even know us by name we frequent so much. Someone needs to fix this...
