Absolutely amazing! This was my 3rd time at any job lot and Definitly not my last!. Yesterday I purchased the cat scratcher hide which my cats absolutely love! However when we opened the box the mouse and cat nap were missing. Which was very upsetting due to the fact that I foster kittens and any type of toy is golden. When I called they did not have any left of the cat scratcher hides to replace and I did not want to return the one I got because my cats absolutely love it. Instead, they allowed me to get a free refillable catnip mouse toy similar to the one that was supposed to be in the package! My cats and fosters are going to love it! (I let my cats Play with all of their stuff first so that their scent is on my fosters toys). The 3 women that helped me achieve this happiness and 100%,satisfied customer service were Racheal A, Liz Roscoe & Daytona Brown. Racheal has answered the phone when I called before coming and let me know how they would help and left the message to do so for her next shift employees! Such lovely women and cat lovers too! I will definitely be coming here to shop...

So, I would have gave a 5 but for reasons I am giving a 4. I have been looking for Kayaks for a long time. I am usually so busy with work that sometimes I never get to go out and have a day for myself to even look for one. I am new to the area and a friend of mine recomend that I come here. I had asked a store associate for assistance and she quickly blew me off, and was apathetic. I was kind of upset because I also work customer service and this is a hard time for all of us as essentials. When I was in line to check out we asked another associate. She was so helpful and knowledgeable to what I needed and went the extra mile for us. A few weeks ago a woman came into my store and gave me a donation and told me to pay it forward. I explained the story to her and she was so grateful for the gesture. "According to store policy... manager of the store" she wasn't "allowed " to have the donation I left for her. This company a whole mess, first of all starting with the employees. When it comes to the managers they’re all rude and think everyone slow af….nobody slow tf, the cashiers always gotta hold it together and are expected to do many tasks or even far as only one checking a whole line by themselves while the two main ones in 1 and 2 just barely like doing work just because. The stockers have to always perfect things like they don’t get payed that much. Now Food. When I go buy and be on the line most returns from customers is food and guess why? ITS EXPIRED!!!! Once I returned something expired and guess what…IT WAS BACK ON THE SHELFS!!!! THATS SO DISGUSTING!!! If I go there one more time and hear about expired food, im gonna have to call FDA on them.
