After visiting this store on a Thursday I purchased 2 not 1 pair of diamond stud earrings the older lady who helped me was extremely sweet and very helpful. Upon returning home I had several rings I did not wear and decided I would take to trade in on a ring I wanted but was pretty expensive. When I returned unfortunately the prior lady I worked with was not there a younger girl was behind the counter. One of the items I wanted to trade in was an older mothers ring that was very heavy and bulky 10k gold very large gemstones. The girl was very short and hateful from the time I entered the store rolling her eyes and I got the feeling she had better things to do then wait on the public. She looked at the ring and said it’s only 10 k we don’t take gem stones we can’t sell them. I said you have tons of gem stones in here. She says we just don’t take gem stones. Between her attitude upon walking in and her hateful attitude I collected my things and told her that’s fine I’ll go somewhere else. The ring I had picked out for $3500.00 I can buy anywhere. This is why people take their money out of Lincoln county!!!! Every piece of jewelry my dad bought my mom came from this store when it was nicks. Sadly I won’t be back.
Update: I went outside Lincoln county found an awesome jeweler been in business 30+ years who was extremely happy to help me trade in what I no longer wore find a new much nicer piece that I can proudly wear and do the repairs I needed on my heirloom family solitaire ring I needed to get done. And his shop was only a 15 minute drive no Inconvenience but definitely not keeping my money in Lincoln county when Randy and his staff obviously don’t need or want the business. You...

I wanted to purchase a graduation ring for my daughter who graduated highschool in 2020. I had no idea where to even begin. I went in to Randy’s and was waited on by the nicest person. Her name is Dawn Simpson. She and I talked about “things” not even pertaining to the ring in the beginning. I felt extremely close to her by the time we got down to business. I told her exactly what I was looking for. She drew me a picture of what she thought I wanted and it was beautiful, even on paper. I said that’s it. I was sold at that point. I never even had to shop around. Customer Service is very important to me and Dawn supplies the best. I made payments on the ring as was expected and Dawn kept me up to date on the ring at all times. It just got more beautiful each time. Dawn and I have since become friends. We talk all the time. She was completely honest with what she said and when it would be completed. Everything was perfect. My daughter received her ring before her graduation party and absolutely loves it. She hasn’t taken it off since. I highly recommend Randy’s jewelry and I highly recommend Dawn to help, especially if you need help figuring out exactly what you need. Read moreOrdered a watch band on 4/16/22 and was quoted a price. I have a copy of the order envelope showing what we were quoted. They called on 4/27/22 and said it was in. Go up there and was not in. Was told it was on back order although they called me and said it was in. They said if it was going to be a long time they had another company they could order from. Nowhere in that conversation was I told it would cost more. Even when they took upon themselves to go ahead and order from other company they did not even call the customer to ok the price difference. Get a call this week saying band is in. Go in and was charged more than originally quoted. When I questioned, the girl at the counter asked the manager and was told that was the price and I could wait for the other one if I wanted. This is after they already put the band on the watch that they disclose the higher price. The girl at the counter was rude and when I called up to talk to manager it was just excuses. I get it business is hard right now but you also need to do the right things and inform customers instead of taking upon yourself to order something more expensive.
