Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Troy

Love, love the icecream, i usually go there every week to get icecream. Today i really felt so bad going there as i went little late around 8:45( they close at 9). They had 10 people on the queue, i waited for my turn, by this time i have 10 more behind me and its 8:58. Shakya or sakayla(sorry if i got it wrong) is trying to do everything she can. And this manager comes outside in front of customers and decides to talk so disrespectfully in-front of so many people to her and she is about to cry. Whoever was in the back in kitchen, looks south Asian, mam please stop acting that way in-front of customers, don’t disrespect your workers, be nice and humble and be empathetic,Pleaseeeee!!!! I'd love to tell you about the product but my family and I weren't served. We stood at the ordering area for 6 minutes (which seems like an eternity when you're the only customers waiting and no one is acknowledging you). There were 3 staff members behind the counter, one refilling bins right in front of us but never made eye contact, and two others who were talking to each other, neither of them addressing us either. We left without being acknowledged, kids didn't get the ice cream they were excitedly hoping for. We'll happily patronize another business that cares to have our business. I hope you will too.

While it takes alot for me to complain about anything. On 3.15.2024. We waited in line for over 45 minutes. From first observation, the online "door dash" orders took priority. With it being this busy, one would thing to shut down the online orders to appease the folks who have been waiting for almost.an hour.
