Went on. Tuesday mid day. Good prices. Great for kids 2 to 6. Unfortunately a lot of things were broken/out of order. I thought this place was fairly new?
Main negative thing is the very poor communication of how the place operates. I wasnât greeted or asked if I needed help. Just âwaiversâ and points. / Was told that I did have to fill out waivers for adults but then went to pay for 4 (2 kids 2 adults) âoh you donât need to do thatâ okay sweet. Paid for 2 kids. Then was told several times that we canât do this canât do that canât be here or there. Okay? Then we were told that the adults had to have wrist bands as wellâŚâŚ (thatâs what I figured but was told wasnât needed?) so at this point I was already underwhelmed. Go to try to pay for the adult tickets a second time and everything Iâm doing is wrong.
how ever, I am having to pry information on what to do and how to follow operations and policy out of them. Like let me pay for the wrist bands that you said I didnât need but in fact do need.
Also I was called âhatefulâ from the moment I came in. Nice to know that asking questions to gain clarification on things that no one told us about is hateful.
How about you let your PAYING customers know what to do and inform them rather than making them have to do things over and over.
The lady that was up front during that time does not have a clue how to be at the front desk and take care of customers and has no problem being incredibly rude to people.
Wonât get into the sock fiasco or the signing the receipt fiasco like zerrooooo communication on their part.
Other than that the person with dark really curly hair in a mullet took care of things wonderfully and after that we...

My 4 year old really enjoyed herself and the place was clean and well kept but my 11 year old could not be in the same area with her to help her so I felt like I couldnât keep track of them well. The ball pit area where the older kids canât play actually has a lot of fun stuff for their age group so itâs kinda odd. It doesnât feel like they sectioned off the play areas in the most sensible way (ie having a toddler area and then having an area for all other heights that isnât just trampolines?)
The rules are many and while I am by nature a rule follower, there were a lot of them and my good natured kids got in trouble multiple times for things that were literally harmless. I even got in trouble for wearing the wrong sticky socks in the play area while trying to monitor my kiddos. (Apparently you have to buy theirs)
I donât think we will be back unless I just take my little one. My older one much prefers Urban Air. Hopefully they will read the reviews and consider...
