El Patrón is hands down one of my all-time favorite spots, we go in at least once a week. Their birria is the best I’ve ever had—rich, flavorful, perfectly tender, and consistent every single time. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, because the quality never misses.

The service is always great—friendly, attentive, and professional. No matter when I go, the wait time is little to none, and they somehow manage to be fast, efficient, and still deliver food that’s absolutely amazing without looking or tasting sloppy and rushed.

And the margaritas—they’re just as impressive as the food! They taste amazing and have both frozen or regular options, with flavor add-ons as well.

To top it all off, their prices are totally fair for the quality and portion sizes you get. El Patrón checks every box: amazing food, great drinks, quick service, good vibes, and fair pricing. If you haven’t been yet—go. You...

For West Coast people: This place will fall short, for everyone else, ignorance is bliss so I'm sure the place is fine for you because you don't know better. I ordered several things. The carne asada street taco was bland, had no flavor or grease in steak. The enchilada was trash, just a sauce that you could grab off the shelf like you'd make at home with no modification. The ground beef was unseasoned, just cooked so it was flavorless. I also ordered steak fajitas, which is probably your best bet but not without error. The tortillas were cold as if pulled straight from the bag, the fajitas lacked a lot of vegetables so the overall palette was off but it was the best of what I got. Absolutely the top notch and very wonderful food an amazing service. The waitress was super sweet along with the manager & staff. Honestly, definitely in my Top#1 of just overall presentation, attention to detail an service.

PROS: Amazing food an all hot n fresh, side dishes requested turned out amazing (Guacamole was astounding) Clean restrooms, wonderful service, Clean restaurant & presentation, Staff ready to refill glasses and check up on tables, and so much wonderful service.

CONS: Honestly nothing upon my visit was let down.
