7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Trussville

7 Brew's mission statement on their website claims that they want to be the best part of your day and they 100% know how to execute this at this location. Their staff is remarkable. Always helpful, friendly, and courteous no matter what time of day, or how busy they are. The environment is SO upbeat and fun, it makes me want to work there! Everyone feels like a friend - asking about my day, giving AMAZING drink recommendations, and sending me off with a smile. The drinks here have always been on point. They are perfect at consistency, which is hard to execute even large companies like Starbucks or Dunkin. Which reminds me ( because the Starbucks on chalkville is painfully slow), these people are QUICK! I have been here when I'm first in line, when the line is wrapped around the parking lot, and everything in between. I don't think I've spent more than 5 whole minutes waiting. Overall this place is incredible. We are huge fans and will 100% be funding this stores success due to the proximity of it to our home. I usually have good experiences when I come, but lately, this hasn’t been the case. The new set of workers this location has now aren’t friendly, nor do they make drinks correctly. Instead of going to the next car, (some) sit and have conversations with the car they are currently tending to. This has happened to me before and it happened again today. Girl in lane 1 (same girl who has done this to me before) around 2:30 held conversation and didn’t take my order or the car behind me. Two cars in lane two came after me got their order taken and left before I did. I sat in line for 10 minutes. They weren’t busy either, which makes my experience worse! This is unacceptable and I’m close to not coming here anymore. Please talk to the staff at this location so changes...

I understand it’s hot out and even if you’re being new and in training. Once you do the customer infront’s order. You politely go to the next and be quick about it. Took almost 15 mins for someone to come to me and I didn’t even wait that long to find out if they were coming to help me. There were two girls on the right lane and they both just stood there talking to the customer in front and didnt even bother to come help me. This generation is ridiculous in helping. The sun will not kill you or burn you to death for a couple of mins ladies. 4 people in today mind you. Two on righr & 2 on left. Sad to say I used to...
