Went yesterday to TSC in Trussville Al to get chicks, took 25 minutes to get help, was completely ignored. Listened as they (yes they because apparently it take 2 grown adults to take care of 1 customer) gave silkies to another customer because she had called ahead to reserve another set of chicks and when she got to the store they had been sold to someone else. So they gave her silkies from the back. When I asked about purchasing some silkies I was told I couldn’t. I called again today to see when I might be able to purchase some. He at first said they don’t know when they’ll get some in. I told him that I was there yesterday. He placed me on hold and a lady came back and said they have 5 but they’re quarantined for health check. Which means that they sold the rest last night or today.
