Took my daughter here Saturday Oct 15th, the girl at the window was so rude I could barely place my order she made rude remarks like uggh hurry up as if I couldn't hear her I was placing 3 separate orders she kept smacking her mouth the whole time. My mom was so angry we never placed the third order because we couldn't tolerate her stupid, immature, ignorant behind any longer. We bought the kids for blizzards but left without them couldn't even look at the menu she was so rude, and had the nerve to hide behind a young man when we pulled to the window. This was the most disappointing visit to this establishment EVER! The cashier was horrible and rude. The cook/kitchen staff were all talking trash loudly in Spanish against her as well as making fun of customers...as if Americans dont speak and understand other languages. They all basically treated everyone in the store as if the customers were coming in for the employees' entertainment. TrusVegas has hit an all time low. Owners and managers should be furious. This place is an infected sore on the face of Dairy Queen. The entire staff should be fired. The store was filthy. Next time I'll go to Sonic. Dairy Queen in Trussville...

omggggg terrible! I went right at lunchtime so bout 11:30a ish & everything tasted horrible! My burger felt/tasted like it was hours old & I could've scraped all the mustard off the burger & shared it (display showed the works, lettuce tomato cheese) I got pickles overload of mustard a little ketchup don't recall cheese I didn't even finish eating it & completely forgot to take a picture to show!
