I have been to this store several times but dont live close by so I'm not a frequent client. Most of the time I have a pleasant experience and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The other day I made a stop by just because I knew they were a carrier of the ENewton bracelets and I wanted to add to my collection after selecting in person instead of online. A young lady greeted me right off, but quickly and older lady that never spoke a word to me would casually show up behind me wherever I went like I was going to steal from her. I was there with intentions to by and had the money to purchase whatever I wanted. She wouldnt even make it less obvious by asking do I need any help or was I finding everything ok? The one question I did ask her was answered with a nod. I finished up my selections and ended up spending over $200 in her store. After getting to my car and telling my husband how she made me feel he told me I should have just left everything I selected behind. He is so right I wish I had because all I did was give volume to their store and allow her to treat people like they dont belong to come in and browse or make a purchase from her store. Was greeted upon entering the store was a first impression of the boutique. They had me at hello! They have a beautiful store full of unique gifts. I was there to purchase an ENewton bracelet for a dear friends birthday as she was ecstatic when she seen my collection. So I decided to start her first piece of the collection. The sales associates were extremely helpful and very informative. They even wrapped my gift saving me the time. I highly recommend to visit their stores. They do have numerous locations. I am a woman of color and no one wanted to acknowledge me when entering this store. I guess they assumed because we are in Alabama and I’m black I came to steal or didn’t have the money to spend. Little did they know that I am not from Alabama I was there visiting looking for souvenirs for my employees to take back with me and there is plenty of money in my bank account but because of the treatment in this establishment I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
