Full disclosure: other than trying a couple of edibles and some use of CBD, Iāve had no cannabis since my 20s. Thatās been a while!
When Northwest Cannabis Company joined the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce, of which I am an Ambassador, I welcomed them as members and nice people. I highly (no pun intended) doubted Iād be a customer or refer business to them. Man, was I mistaken.
I noticed how they were involved as new members. They participated in events, including hosting and sponsoring. I had occasional conversations, particularly with Selena English, one of the managers. I was professionally intrigued about the possibe benefits of cannabinoids for people living with dementia and/or their caregivers. Selena, Doug, and Jeremy provided recent studies. They show promise for a non-pharmaceutical approach, especially combining THC and CBD. I was impressed with their knowledge and advice.
Recently, they hosted an AM networking for the Chamber. I told Selena that I struggled with sleep, quality and quantity. She asked suitable questions about what I take i.e., supplements and medications. She narrowed it down, recommending a certain edible mint. The results were immediate and amazing: my sleep became long with little or no disruptions.
Thank you, Northwest Cannabis and Selena. You provided unexpected benefits, you are terrific members, and itās wonderful to know you. And yes, I have already referred a couple of people to your establishment.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently had the pleasure of purchasing a variety of indica flowers from this dispensary, and I must say, I have thoroughly enjoyed every strain I tried. One of the first things I noticed was the exceptional freshness of the product. Unlike what I've experienced at other dispensaries, these buds were noticeably fresher and even had that delightful sticky texture that indicates quality.
Another significant advantage I found was the value for money. I was able to purchase 8 grams more than I could at competing dispensaries while staying within my budget, which is a huge win in my book. This added quantity allowed me to explore different strains without breaking the bank, enhancing my overall experience.
While I did notice that the dispensary can get quite busy, theyāve clearly made an effort to manage the foot traffic effectively. There are several tills open, which helps minimize wait times and keeps the flow moving smoothly. The staff is another highlight; the budtenders are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful, ready to offer recommendations based on my preferences. Their expertise made a significant difference in my selection process, ensuring I left with exactly what I was looking for. Overall, this dispensary has become my go-to spot for quality...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give zero if it can. I was told their computers shut down at 8:00 exactly. I wait in line like everyone else. The cashiers seemed to be taking extra time to talk to people theyāre helping just so they donāt have to help anyone else. Literary people were done paying, and the cashiers were still talking to them to kill time. Now itās 7:57 and my turnā¦. I have cash and just wanted one pre-roll. The girl tells me that her system shut down at 7:57 when the guy who closed the door behind me said it goes till 8. They literary stopped helping everyone at 7:57 and said theyāll give me 25% coupon for next time. I said it wasnāt 8pm yet and I had cash⦠and they all said that 7:57 was the cut off now and not 8pm. Maybe you should change your hours to 7:55 and not do 8pm as a false advertisement. The girl with the red hair, and the big guy with the long hair were the ones claiming this 7:57 cut off. Iāve been a customer since they opened⦠and Iāve always been helped till 8pm on the dot. I obviously refused to take the 25% coupon and walked out. I wasnāt here to try and get a deal. If their hours said 7:55 I wouldāve gone somewhere else. But when it says 8⦠then it...
